About Us
We are a Spanish company founded in 2014 and located in Galicia, with a human team made up of biologists, falconers, engineers and pilots, with extensive experience in the development of drones.
The result of a coordinated effort and years of development, GAVIZOR® emerges, the only biomimetic drone that is protected by a patent validated and granted exclusively by the Higher Council for Scientific Research (CSIC) of the Government of Spain.
We currently have our own facilities for the development and integral manufacture of biomimetic drones.
Our Mission
We offer comprehensive, adapted and non-lethal solutions based on the use of biomimetic drones for the control of avian fauna, thus contributing to the sustainability of the environment.
Nuestra trayectoria
2014
Firmamos un contrato de cesión con el CSIC por el cual FOBOS SOLUTIONS es el concesionario en exclusiva de los derechos de las patentes resultantes de las investigaciones en drones biomiméticos zoosemióticos de dicho organismo, para su desarrollo y comercialización. Lanzamos el programa “EAGLE” para desarrollar dicha patente.
2015
Diseñamos los primeros prototipos, realizamos los primeros ensayos en agricultura y en piscifactorías. Formamos a los primeros pilotos. Se realizan 6.300 operaciones de vuelo y 1.050 horas de vuelo.
2016
Se fabrica el primer GAVIZOR® y se firman contratos comerciales con los primeros clientes en España y Ecuador, finalizando el año con más de 10.000 operaciones y 1.800 horas de vuelo. Un comité de expertos independiente de la Comisión Europea otorgó a nuestra compañía el “Seal of Excellence”.
2017
FOBOS SOLUTIONS obtiene la licencia como formador de drones GAVIZOR® tal y como establece la normativa española y la legalización del GAVIZOR® ante la AESA (Agencia Estatal de Seguridad Aérea).
2018
Entramos en los mercados de Chile y Perú operando en entornos hostiles. Gavizor comienza a operar en una de las mayores minas de cobre del mundo.
2020
A comienzos de año firmamos un acuerdo de distribución y soporte tecnológico con la empresa peruana Unlimited Systems, proveedora de sistemas de control de fauna aviar a ADP (Aeropuertos del Perú).
2021
Continuamos con nuestra expansión internacional. En la actualidad el drón biomimético GAVIZOR® es un sistema robusto que ha sido testado en ambientes extremos con excelentes resultados y que, no solo se compone de una aeronave no tripulada, sino que forma parte de una solución avanzada de control aviar resultante de la combinación de técnicas y sistemas auxiliares complementarios.
We signed an assignment contract with the CSIC by which FOBOS SOLUTIONS is the exclusive concessionaire of the rights of the patents resulting from the research in zoosemiotic biomimetic drones of said organization, for its development and commercialization. We launched the “EAGLE” program to develop this patent.
We design the first prototypes, we carry out the first tests in agriculture and in fish farms. We train the first pilots. 6,300 flight operations and 1,050 flight hours are performed.
The first GAVIZOR® is manufactured and commercial contracts are signed with the first clients in Spain and Ecuador, ending the year with more than 10,000 operations and 1,800 flight hours. An independent committee of experts from the European Commission awarded our company the “Seal of Excellence”.
FOBOS SOLUTIONS obtains the license as a GAVIZOR® drone trainer as established by Spanish regulations and the legalization of the GAVIZOR® before the AESA (State Aviation Safety Agency).
We developed the latest version of GAVIZOR® v3, which is currently in force. We entered the Chilean and Peruvian markets operating in hostile environments. Gavizor begins operations at “Minera Escondida”, the largest copper-producing mine in the world.
We already have more than 12,000 operations
and 3,000 flight hours.
At the beginning of the year we signed a distribution and technological support agreement with the Peruvian company Unlimited Systems, supplier of avian fauna control systems to ADP (Airports of Peru).
We continue with our international expansion. Currently, the GAVIZOR® biomimetic drone is a robust system that has been tested in extreme environments with excellent results and that is not only made up of an unmanned aircraft, but is also part of an advanced avian control solution resulting from the combination of techniques and complementary auxiliary systems.
